Can you fix my computer?

Short answer: no.

Regardless what you might have been told, I do not offer free IT services much in the same way as car mechanics do not offer free repairs to friends of acquietances. If someone refered me to you or gave you my number, please do not expect a callback unless:

  • I personally know you
  • I explicitly agreed to help with your issue/project
  • You are willing to pay my rates

Rates and Services

General IT Work

This includes:

  • hardware and software upgrades
  • out of warranty hardware repairs
  • malware removal and cleaning
  • setup installation and configuration

I usually charge $75 per hour.

You drop off or mail your hardware to me. I don’t do on-site work.

Software and hardware purchases not included.

SysOp / Dev Work

This includes

  • server setup (apache, mysql, postgress, passenger, etc..)
  • app / web design
  • bug fixes or modifications

I usually charge $100 per hour.

Remote work only. I don’t do on-site work.

If you need hosting, you need to pay for it separarely. I will not maintain the project for free. I will charge you normal rate for bug fixes.
