Force Windows Activation for OEM keys

Problem

Trying to activate Windows 10 with an OEM key but it keeps failing.

Solution

You can try to abuse the phone activation sytem to force it though:

1. Run slui 4
2. This will bring up phone activation screen.
3. Go here
4. Follow the prompts on the page
5. When asked how many computers you have activated this key on, say 1.
6. Plug in the installation id into the appropriate boxes
7. Click Next on the activations screen
8. Thype im the confirmation id into the appropriate boxes
9. Click Activate

This should force activate the OEM key.
